“Butch Chesser, the owner, has a beautiful facility at Meadows of Dan, Va. We were staying at the Wytheville, Va. KOA. We had almost ripped the rear wall off of our Winnebago motor home. The KOA recommended RV Doc. We called late in the day . At 10:00 AM Butch showed up at our campsite. He and one of his men worked on our RV for an hour to get it in shape to go back to his shop. The trip to his shop was about 45 min. to an hour. Once there, he and his two young men that work for him worked to 7:00 PM to get our RV buttoned up and water tight. While in the garage he hooked us up to 30 amp power(50 amp with a reducer) and we put our slideout out. We ran the air and relaxed. They did an excellent job and the price was very reasonable. He billed our ins. co. directly. Along the side of his building he set us up for the night with elec., water, and sewage at no charge. In the morning we hooked up our tow vehicle; contacted our ins. co. with Butch; and were on our way. Butch is soft spoken and very personable. He has a way of putting you at ease. All of his staff are very friendly. They take pride in doing a good job for an honest price. He and his staff literally saved us. They were so kind and helpful. We can't recommend them highly enough.”

“I punctured a tire on the interstate... 400 miles away from home at 4pm on a Friday. Luckily for my family and I we were only a couple miles from CK Tire. They got me all patched up and on the road in less than 30 mins & charged me next to nothing for the repair. I even asked them to charge me more as I was just appreciative of getting my family back on the road & they declined to do so. Just a great group of stand up honest guys.”

“This review is based on conversations with a few of their employees. Service was not done at the present time, however had I chose to do so, I would be happy as this review is. (First time customer) Stopped in last week as someone decided to cut off catalytic converter on my vehicle and I was in need of a place that serviced that particular need as the shop I used to go to is a Muffler shop only but way into the city of Chicago. From the first meeting with Mark to setting up a time and day to get my vehicle on, to the call and explanation of parts and prices today, and the good old honesty from when picking up the vehicle today was something I have not witnessed or seen in years coming from an automotive shop. Nathan was very courteous and respectful to me regarding the issue and my few options to get the converter fixed. I like that he treated me with respect and understood my decision in not wanting to fix the vehicle at the time do to the price for the stupidity of someone stealing it. The shop was busy and I did have to wait a few days to get the car in but nonetheless, even if I chose not to do business with them at the time, they appreciated ME, the customer for giving them a chance to look at the car and still did not charge for the diagnosis after the fact. In the end of the conversation, Dave had recommended another shop locally that may be able to help, however I told him I chose them over his recommendation which I did have an option to go to as well based on the reviews read on here. Do not second guess this shop if your car needs honest work by honest mechanics. I would return to this shop as it is now local to me for other automotive needs!”
