“I visited this location because I was concerned about a battery on my vehicle. I was recommended by a Nissan Technician who told me I'd should probably replace it. So, I had autozone check it, and they told me I needed to charge it, so they charged it for me. Then, they said that I should be good to go, but there might be something causing the battery to lose its charge. So, I drove around for a while before deciding to visit O'Reilly. I walked in and was promptly greeted by store personnel named "Trinity". I asked to have my battery checked, and she dropped what she was doing to assist me. We walked to my car, and after diagnosis, it was concluded that my battery was fully charged ( Good). I explained my situation and other steps I took before deciding to come to the store. She stated that I was fine. I asked about what prevents corrosion from occurring on the battery. She recommended something that was cost efficient and gave me a few paper towels so I wouldn't have to spend money on rags. Now that's customer service 👌 Thank you, O'Reilly, for making it convenient and easy to service my vehicle”
