“I really was dreading getting my car fixed after hitting a pole during a snow storm. I had assumed I would be taken to the cleaners and jerked around because of all the stereotypes around car repairs and my lack of knowledge. However Sean was a complete professional and I am very happy with the results - but my wallet is happier. They were always there to explain my options and the prices associated with each choice. The experience was much faster than I expected. But really the cherry on top is when I got the car back, the had cleaned the whole car. “Had a minor fender bender on my rear bumper. I had to drive back to Sacramento and didn’t feel safe driving on the freeway in the condition my rear bumper was in. I went to a couple of other body shops that quoted me ridiculous rates and that it would take 4-5 days to fix. I just bought my first brand spanking new 2023 Mazda CX30 and while I can do killer installs myself I just couldn't bring myself to start pulling interior and putting a sub in myself so I went to Cardinal and had them install a JL power wedge 12 inch sub with built-in amp.
