“I absolutely cannot say enough about how Joe went out of his way to help me. My daughter had a fender bender on our ‘04 CRV. She’s 600mi from home and the vehicle had to get towed to a towing yard. I called him thinking he was a body shop. When I realized he wasn’t I told him I’m sorry for wasting his time. He then offered to go look at the vehicle to see if it was worth fixing. He sent photos and said he’d be happy to try to fix it. Two weeks later it was done. Although I haven’t seen it yet my daughter said it looks great. And on top of it he saved me about $3000. “Spoke with Barry who told me to talk with Matt and the Cottage Hills shop. They were great . I had a tire that was losing air fast and my normal place couldnt get me in. I needed it plugged or patch. I told them I had nitro in my tires and only place that carries it is the dealership. Matt plugged my tire so quickly, I barely lost any air. I was in and out in 15 min and only payed $20. Will certainly be going back.”

Service didn't take terribly long. I was able to do a little work on my laptop in the waiting area, which had WiFi. The woman at the front desk was friendly. “*** Edited Review follows in 2nd paragraph *** Called Idle Air because Representative/Tech had not shown up . Held in call queue for over half an hour . Tech showed up to work about a half hour late . They could not provide me with adequate air tight door window adapter . I paid to be in a quiet , idle free zone . Tech allows non paying truck drivers to park and block available spaces , and nothing is done about the noisy trucks idling 24 / 7 . This is a shameful way to run a business ..!! I promised management an edit to my initial review. I was contacted within 24 hours by management. They were extremely apologetic regarding my bad experience, and stated they were taking immediate / reasonable actions . They explained the lot limitations affecting their business. They welcomed me to return in the future and provide further feedback .”

“Excellent service every time I’ve been there. Bob is a straight shooter and has always given me great advice. They always answer my questions no matter how stupid they sound. I just had two tires mounted and balanced today and since this is my third time using them, I thought I’d give them a review based on my own experience. A while back, I purchased an old truck with over 200k miles and because it had never had the transmission fluid changed I asked them how much and they recommended that I *don’t* change it because it could cause transmission issues. They could have taken my money but instead they saved me an expensive transmission repair. My brother is an ASE certified mechanic that rebuilds transmissions but lives in another state and he agreed with the advice of Pep Boys. I booked my appointment online and everything worked out just like clockwork. I highly recommend Pep Boys.”
