“I went to this body shop for an estimate on damage to my Acura. My experience was top notch from start to finish. The first thing I noticed was how clean and organized the place was. Auto repair shops are typically dirty and dusty with lots of car parts and equipment strewn around the work areas. This body shop looked more like a doctor’s office than a repair shop. There was not a scrap of trash on the ground, the office was neat and tidy, and I could see out into the area where the vehicles were being repaired by the technicians, which was also clean, well laid out, and free of the scrap parts. As I was waiting for the estimate to be prepared, the technicians and other employees that were coming and going all looked professional, dressed in uniforms and not screwing around, smoking, socializing, or on their phones as one often observes in the workplace nowadays. I was greeted promptly by one of the body shop office clerks, assisted right away by Cesar who treated me respectfully and was thorough and knowledgeable; he explained to me the different options and reviewed the completed written estimate with me in layperson's terms. After this experience there is nowhere else I would want to bring my car for body repairs. Highly recommended!”

“So let go ahead and get this out of the way ...my motorcycle was impounded here ... Well Mike's took care of my bike. Needless to say I came up with the fee's which weren't anywhere near as awful as would've been in Wichita. So I had some difficult time getting the funds together along with a way there...I called informed the staff that I was coming but definitely need some extra time and if they wouldn't mind staying after closing so I can get my motorcycle. The greatest feeling was when they said they'd give me more time than I thought they'd give me so I didn't have to wait another day and possibly lose my motorcycle to fees . So I finally make it and I'm greatful again because well my tires needed air and my battery was dead . Mike took some more of his time helped me jump my motorcycle and went back in the garage turned on the air compressor let it charge back up let me use the air ,brought a tire gauge out. So I made it home safe and sound... I would recommend mikes auto service for a major reason and this is .... that Mike himself stayed after closing. Took extra time to allow me to use equipment to get my bike road worthy. Mike was friendly didn't rush me , he was concerned about my motorcycle and made sure that it left his property and business in top operating order. Mike had done nothing more than give his time for a person who was arrested and had his bike in impound . Being someone who isn't in good graces with authorities Mike didn't look at me different and still treated me like gold . Thanks Mike...you are a hero and I'm thankful for you and your wife . You both were great and professional and put extra in with my situation and I don't doubt you vary in any direction. Good hearted people .”

“After much debate, I decided that my 23 year old, almost mint condition, Mercedes-Benz finally needed an upgrade. It was time to replace the cassette tape-deck radio and upgrade to a new wireless Apple CarPlay enabled touchscreen. After doing some research I decided to visit Boomer Mcloud in Schenectady. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the General Manager Joe. He was super patient and answered all of my questions without trying to give me the typical sales pitch. He walked me through all of the options available for my car and scheduled my appointment. I wanted to retain the classic look of my radio console so I purchased a console frame that matched my original but could fit a touchscreen instead of just my old tape-deck. Needless to say the technician customized the entire setup to fit as I envisioned. I’m very happy with the entire experience. Not only did Joe and his staff provide great customer service, they did an excellent job installing my custom frame, touchscreen and backup camera in under 3-4 hours as projected. Their prices are very reasonable and if they don’t have exactly what your looking for Joe will get it for you. I’d highly recommend this spot for your car audio needs, especially if you need something custom!!”
