Yesterday I accidentally drove over the edge of board I got two flat tires,front and back at the same time in the parking garage in Glen cove. didn’t know what to do. All of my employees said to me to call Global Motors so I did. They took my car away and replaced both two tires in 4 hours. “Good overall service. They did the job in 15 minutes - 4 tires replacement. But be careful with their estimates. We asked how much total would be and mentioned that recycle fee, they said $80 is our total, but after they already finished the job they said for recycle we have to pay extra $20 ($5 for each tire) so we can no more go to another place where recycle is actually free. But we asked them twice before the work started! So they gave us “special” $10 off from that recycle fee. Might be because our front tires was just about a year old, and had more than 70% of thread left so they can easily re-sell them.”

“I've reviewed Pit Stop in the past.. but I just have to post again regarding how extremely trustworthy and kind-hearted Luis and Esteban both are. Recently I brought my newest car to them, hoping that they could repair the damage done by another repair shop. They did NOT let me down.. Esteban fixed the problem, which really took some creative thought, as it was an unusual repair. They've worked miracles for me in the past also. I drove a 1989 Toyota cargo van for 27 years and honestly Luis and Esteban were the lifeline for that old van for a long time. They kept it going. And while I was shopping for a newer (used) vehicle; I brought each car to them to find any problems. They did detailed inspections on each car I brought them and they made me aware of any issues, (large or small). Another feature of Pit Stop is lower prices. For the last repair I needed to have; another shop quoted the charge would be $746.68... Esteban did the repair for $225. I love those brothers and will always remain a loyal dedicated customer.”

“I’ve been having the worst luck with my vehicle lately. I was driving down 1-9 & felt that my car was off, then heard an unusual thumping sound that I have never heard before & then a strong odor.
