“A drunk driver hit my new, parked car, outside my house on memorial day 2023. Affected my front left tire and door and sides the worst. It’s been about 2/3 weeks of me not having a car, but I picked up my 100% fixed car today!!! I don’t think 5 star auto ever specialized specifically in collision damage, but you’d SURELY think they did- with what AMAZING job they did. They can do ANYTHING. The drunk driver RUINEDD my Ford Edge and they (Nick had awesome communication the whole time, I can be finicky with anxiety) fixed it brand brand new back to how it originally looked and ran. They also did a complimentary vacuuming/ cleaning. Be safe guys, and make sure you have insurance. Saved me over 6k in damages.I will include a Before picture of what they fixed. Now it looks and runs just fine, even better than before.”

“I started coming to Jimmy after another Mercedes repair shop in Redwood City closed. I really trusted that guy in RWC and was looking for another person I could trust. So far Jimmy is that guy. He will tell you what needs to be fixed and what can wait. The quotes are less than the stealership but if you insist on OE/OEM parts like me, you’ll pay a little more. The only thing I can complain about is Jimmy’s handwriting. His writing is illegible like a doctor’s prescription and maybe the shop should provide printed service invoices in the future.”

They made, what would have normally been a very stressful process, easy. They were extremely informative, knowledgable, kind, understanding, communicative, and professional. I worked with Angela who could not have been nicer. She answered all of my questions and explained the insurance side of things to me since I had never had to deal with something like this before. She made sure that I, the customer, came first and even worked with the insurance agent on my behalf as well. She consistently updated me throughout the process. I was never waiting to hear from them or trying to get ahold of them. It was also extremely convenient that Enterprise car rental is around the corner, which Angela offered to organize my pick up and drop off from there as well. “This is probably the 10th time or more now that we have done some modifications or other to my 2010 Infiniti G37 sedan. Today is more suspension, specifically Z1 rear camber and traction arms and Z1 front upper control arms. Gotta change the geometry of my ride because I have lowered it more than 1.5 inches. Praise The Lowered! Here at AN1 we have done my intake, exhaust, suspension, and some other tasteful mods. I will not let anyone else work on my car or my wife's car, only All-N-One.
