“I only had a very brief encounter with this local business. But I believe in supporting locals, but if they're No Good, then I'll say that so others aren't deceived. My experience, I have a 2010 Chevy. I was looking to have something done to the interior of the car, but he came up with a different idea that was gonna save me probably $700. He said the small part I needed would be in in a couple of days. I called 2 days later, it wasn't in yet, I then stopped by the next day and not in yet. I then stopped in 10 days later and they said that the small part was on back order and they would contact me. I never heard back. Now, my part was minor and I appreciated the idea he came up with. The reason why I gave 5 Stars was that the 2 times I went there plus my initial visit making 3 times, All 3 times I overheard a customer each time Thanking him for a job well done. The one young lady I heard him tell her that he didn't charge her for this & that and how thankful she was. I heard another customer say, that his car was running great when he asked him. I heard another say, I thought it would be much more than that. So, I'm posting 5 Stars for the people that might forget how important ratings are for a local business. *** I can’t figure out how to respond to your response, so hopefully you’ll see this. I checked my miss calls for like a month and I didn’t see your number, but I’m glad you responded to my review, thank you! I did Not go anywhere else. I have to come to Port tomorrow or next day to do laundry and I’ll stop by and pay for the part. You never know if it could be needed in the future. Thank You!”

“A very honest shop. Broke down on the freeway an hour and a half away from home, did some troubleshooting of my own without crawling under the truck in a blizzard got it down to either a fuel pump or wiring to the pump. Long story short it was a corroded wire to the pump. When they could have banged me for a fuel pump for about $700 parts and labor they had the honesty and integrity to bill me for the actual repair at a tenth of the price. As a mechanic I cannot speak highly enough of the honesty and integrity of this shop. People don't report the positives enough these days, just thought I'd throw in my two cents.”

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I most definitely would! I am thoroughly impressed! They came out to work on my trailer’s AC (the breaker was tripping, and the AC wasn’t turning on.) in the searing heat, and man, did they rock it! 30 minutes later, it was back up and running! They did some repairs to the ducts, promptly diagnose what was going on, and explained what was going on. They even want to do a follow-up to reassess. I’ve definitely nicknamed Leo and Joe “The RV Doctors”. 😂 This was my first time having to call an RV repair team, and it is safe to say I will be a continuing customer! From scheduling the appointment with Jennifer to Leo and Joe coming out to look at the RV, the process has been smooth and flawless! They have all been excellent, communicative, and personable!
