“I've worked with Ken at Cool Shades multiple times in the last 15 years. Most recently in December for a new to me vehicle. I needed the front windows and strip across the windshield done. The shop is always clean and he is always friendly. I like that the tint options are on the door so you can see what they look like and if you can see through them. Whenever I get a new to me vehicle, tint is a top priority for me. I usually get the front windows done to match the back and then the dark strip on the front. Usually only takes a couple of hours at most and it's always immaculately put on. Ken's work is the best quality you are going to see for tint! Do know going in that Cool Shades does not offer 5% on the front windows due to current state regulation with that being illegal. You will need to look elsewhere for that service.”

“Def 5 star place!!! Purchased a used tire about a month ago because I noticed a bubble in the sidewall and my wife was traveling to Ohio they next day and I need a quick fix. Yesterday I took it to a tire company with 3 letters as the name to get 4 brand new tires. They claimed they could not get the tire I had purchased from JM Tire off because the lug was stripped and put on incorrectly. I was quoted a price of several hundred dollars to get the lug off as they may do damage to the hub when getting it off. The other 3 tires came off but just this one had a problem. I said “Nope!” I brought my car back to JM, within 2 minutes of me arriving they had the tire off and showed me the lug that was stripped potentially due to the impact wrench they were using at the other place with 3 letters. I went across the street to the auto part store, got a new lug and I am good to go! I will continue to support this business and wish them much success in the future!”

“Where can we start! I found this place by accident. Tim was very accommodating along with being a very straightforward young man. When I pulled in for an A/C problem he was super busy however he found time for my vehicle because when I mentioned needed it done to keep my kids cool. He relented and took care of business. I liked the fact he shook my hand and made eye contact was a sure sign of honesty. I’m old school ;Well now with that being said was reluctant to leave the car. He assured me he would have it done that day if not the next day in order to ensure the job would be well done correctly. Final verdict- Father and Son combo cant beat that need I say more!
