I had a severe electrical problem that was interfering with most of my dash gauges,transmission operations and engine protection shutdown.They located the problems. It took two separate visits,as the first mechanic/electrician/technician located the first section of wiring harness that was damaged. But did not identify the second section of wiring harness that contributed to the second interference of my truck engine protection system shutting it down for the second visit. After all was said and done. They got my problems repaired/ fixed and got me back rolling again.The first technician may have been terminated over this and past costly mistakes.??? I would go back,I would use them again. They have a great facility here,huge,nice trailer drop yard,nice lounge,parts rooms,one (1) nice shower upstairs in men's room. I would recommend them as a great staff,crew and facility.”

“Hi, I was absolutely panicking when my alternator and battery went out while driving to work on the 91 freeway this morning. I pulled over and Googled the closest repair shop, and I was towed to CMI 🤩. I was met by Veronica who runs the front desk. What a beautiful person she is. She asked me what was going on with the car. I told her the battery light had come on and the car wouldn't start. She was very efficient and ordered an alternator and battery before the technician arrived on site to assess the situation. It turns out that is exactly what was needed to replace. The technician is an expert in Toyotas and was very efficient in installing the parts and even checking other things on the car that will need to be replaced soon, like, the drive belts and informing me of an oil leak. I drove out of CMI feeling as though my safety was their only priority, and I was very impressed and pleased with their service. I highly recommend taking your car there for reliable, reasonable, repair service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

He was very transparent with everything upfront. Heather was outstanding she told everything I needed to know gave me a time frame an it was spot on. I called back a few days later about adding a winch an snow plow. Her an the nice lady in the parts department went way above to make it happen. The day I went to pick up my sxs it's like walking into a family's home nice an welcoming the guy in the service department went over every inch of it in great detail. I was on hold for a few minutes and dropped and they called me back without my request and even though he didn't have the parts available locally he told me where the nearest ones were and gave me the information to contact that salvage yard in Wisconsin for hard to find part for my car... He provided the part number, their price and the phone number to reach them. And asked if he could be of any further assistance on parts for my car that I would give him a call and of course I would. Great customer service so lacking these days and I will forever call these guys on my first call looking for parts on any car. Again just never receive that kind of service and I know a lot of these people share a common Network and it's easy for them to go into and do it but he offered and it was awesome so kudos do you guys at car parts solutions.”
