I first contacted a few of the corporate chain type collision centers and had to wait a week to make an appointment for them to consider an estimate. From there, it would take 60 to 90 days before they could commence work. I then called Ann Arbor Auto Body. A total of only 10 days elapsed between the first phone call and the completion of the actual work. The price seemed reasonable compared to what was estimated elsewhere, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Give these guys a shot next time you get in a jam!”

During the call they informed me if I had recently done the water pump I might not need the 6, which was the coolant. This was my first time at the shop and I told them I’ve been meticulous with out other shop on doing all scheduled maintenance. They took a look and determined coolant wasn’t needed. So nice for a shop to be honest about what a car needs. Unlike the stealerships.”

“I took my 2011 Infiniti in for a leak in an automatic transmission line that no one else (including an Infiniti dealer) could fix. Whitcraft was able to accurately diagnose the source of the leak, repair it, take it for a test drive to ensure the integrity of the repair, and return it to me. The cost was about $200. I am thrilled! Whitcraft was great to deal with and I highly recommend their work. If no one else can fix it, I bet Whitcraft can!”
