“My sister and I both have Mercedes Benzes. In September of 2019, my sister's car failed inspection due to the brakes, and she was also told she needed a new headlight. I called Global Automotive and spoke with the owner, RT Plate, who was professional and courteous. He sent me an estimate and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. My sister was pleased with the excellent service provided by Bob, who is a Mercedes Certified Mechanic. She was told she needed both front and rear brakes, but Bob said it only needed rear brakes. He also cleaned her headlight instead of replacing it. It cost her a lot less than what she had anticipated! My Benz was due for maintenance, so I called Global. Again, RT was professional and courteous, and told me I could drop my car off at my convenience. The required maintenance was performed by Bob in a timely manner. Like my sister, I was very pleased with the whole experience! Just before Christmas, I needed my tires on my Jeep inflated properly and I called Global Automotive. RT, again courteous and professional, said I could bring it in that day. While I was there, I pointed out a little scuff on the front bumper I had gotten in a parking garage, and he buffed it out for me. There was no waiting; it took less than 10 minutes, and my Jeep looks as good as new! Everyone there is professional, knowledgeable, talented, and courteous! I highly recommend Global Automotive!”

“Wow!!! Just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the hard working crew at Murrieta Walmart auto center today managed by Antonio. I was so impressed how efficient, professional, helpful and Kind Antonio and his crew was. Started in the morning by a simple phone call answering questions and needing some guidance on a few things . Antonio was super helpful with all that he mentioned, etc. Based on all he suggested I I decided to go today and get new tires put on plus an oil change and a couple things extra. They were super super busy but Antonio came to the car and said that he was going to fit me in because he knew I was dealing with a couple things that were going on For me that I mentioned. Starting with needing surgery on Tuesday. Having a lot on my mind and feeling a little overwhelmed with surgery etc. Also, the need to accomplish these tasks it was very gracious of him to fit me in under the circumstances of how busy they were with the rain etc. that was going on today. I did have a bit of a wait which was expected but it gave me the opportunity to see his crew at work and it was like a well oiled machine working efficiently.everybody was functioning in a perfect manner accomplishing all they could and you could see they were tired, but still making time to be pleasant with smiles, and a little conversation from several employees, which made it very pleasant, considering all that was going on with the cold and my own personal stress level today. in today’s world it seems that so many are quick to give reviews of negativity about this or that, etc. but not enough people to take time to say wow what an exceptional job you are doing and running your team in such a great manner I felt the customer service was fantastic I left With a great deal on everything they did and they won me over I will be recommending many people to go there and I will absolutely be back. “I have a 1987 sea ox/Northamer, with a 94 225 Johnson outboard ocean runner. Took my boat in for a few different issues that I needed to address last month. My boat wouldn’t stay running while on the launch ramp and was having a heck of a time getting in and out of gear. I dropped it off to Jeffrey and his amazing daughter and they took care of me within five days! That was diagnosing the problems, ordering parts, getting everything fixed and having the boat back to me quicker than expected! Jeffrey called me and we talked a little bit about what was going on, the parts that were worn out and what we needed to fix, he didn’t want to just stick me with some huge bill he actually cared and educated me about a few things and options while i was there! Wasn’t planning on it but even had him do a full lower unit service while it was there! Just did my first trip to Catalina and everything performed perfect!
