“This place went above and beyond my expectations. The wait time was a little longer than expected, but it was finished sooner than they estimated. They kept us updated constantly. They do not keep parts in stock they have to order parts, so it does take a little time, but they do the most they can at hand. They handled everything with the insurance part, took all the pictures, and sent all the information over. “Yesterday was my second time using Bob’s Trailer Repair. I have a 12’ single axle enclosed trailer and will only trust Bob to work on it. I was suspicious of how my axle bearings were wearing. Bob looked it over and said I got it in just in time. He is honest, fair and trustworthy. He told me exactly what was wrong and only fixed what was wrong. His pricing is fair and affordable. Plus, he got me in right away and it was ready to be picked up the next day. I can trust him enough to leave my livelihood with him. He won’t leave my trailer outside overnight. “Tesla's Wilmington service center was fantastic. On President's day, I was visiting family (and picking up a wedding dress) in Wilmington. To make it home, I needed to charge, but my car would not charge at a supercharger on I-95. I managed to eke out the drive to the Tesla service center in Wilmington and they were great. They fit me in, so I could get home the same day. Not only did they fix my charging problem, they also actually fixed a navigation download and a seatbelt issue without my even asking or telling them. The store manager was wonderful and the mechanics were very competent, especially a fellow with a silver goatee. I would recommend them unreservedly.”
