“I had totaled my truck on May 7th and through the insurance company I choose action order based upon their reviews and my brother-in-law's truck being fixed there and they did one heck of a job. They were unable to fix my truck but did a detailed, thorough and honest report for my insurance company. I did not want the truck to be totaled in the guy was completely honest with me and said hey if we fix this I would not let one of my family members drive this truck telling me that it was unsafe even if it was fixed which essentially used my mind knowing that if they're telling me that they wouldn't even give it to their family then it's not safe for me or mine. I don't know if they know how much I appreciate it they're honesty but I really did and will be definitely bringing my hopefully not totaled cars to them for repairs. Thank you again guys”

“Auto Computer Doctors found a rare engine control unit for my 1993 Honda Del Sol (see photo below), and sold it to me via Paypal at a more reasonable price than other vendors were advertising. They efficiently programmed the ECU and sent it to me here in Ohio, where it enabled my dead car to start once again. They also paid me $75 for sending them my non-functioning ECU core. Not one shop could figure out why, not one shop could align the car correctly, not one shop could balance the wheels and tires properly. Speed & Stance aligned the car and broke down the results of the alignment with me. They re-balanced all the wheels perfectly, and they completely eliminated the shake in the steering wheel. 10/10 recommend if you actually care about modifying your car but still having it be able to drive like it was stock. “Promised a mini excavator on Friday for a weekend checkout. It came back damaged from person who rented before. No call telling us there was not one available so I made a trip for nothing. On the plus side, one came available on Saturday and they called us. We were able to rent it and get our dirt work finished. Upon returning, we were charged $25 for not cleaning it although my husband used power washer on it. Even that was okay, but staff wasn't very friendly. I think we would rather deal with Crossland because the staff there is very friendly and helpful. Picture is when I returned it. It looked pretty clea. To us.”
