Only time I ever tried to use someone else was when I lived in Frisco, and I instantly regretted it and promised myself to only take it to Alex (6 star) if I can, no matter how far the drive. Honest, reliable and reasonably priced, you won’t find a better mechanic to fix your Subaru. I bought the 09 forester I’m currently driving back in around 2018, and he did my initial inspection, cleared it, and has done work on it ever since.. and all it’s really needed is regular expected maintenance. “I scheduled my RV to have an oil change. It has a Chevy workhorse engine, but that didn’t affect taking it to this Ford dealer. Everyone in the office was very professional and friendly and completed the oil change in less time than estimated. After I drove home I checked the oil level and saw that too much oil had been added. I called the office and described the problem and spoke with Chuck. I explained that I did not want to drive back to have the oil level corrected because it might damage the engine. He Completely understood and sent A mobile tech within two hours to correct the problem. The service tech that showed up was the most friendly, professional and competent service tech I’ve ever run into. He spoke very highly of the dealership and completed his task quickly and even apologized for the inconvenience that I went through. I am thoroughly impressed with this RV truck service center.”

“JD saved the day!!! And our first trip!!! He came out on a service call to fix our leveling system as (we thought) it was malfunctioning. We are brand new to owning a class A RV, kept getting a fault code and had no idea why they weren't working properly. JD was THE nicest, most patient and extremely knowledgeable technician that I have ever encountered. He did quick work to troubleshoot the issue and took as much time as needed to walk through everything with me and also had me practice while he was still there to e sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. After he left we had additional questions on something unrelated to the leveling and he called us personally to help out...who does that!?!?!? JD even went out of his way to recommend a couple of easy maintenance items to help lengthen the life of the slider mechanism.
