“I have been getting my Mercedes serviced here for several years. I have tried other area service shops but I have found Foreign Service to suit my needs more. Now owning and driving a Mercedes is a LUXURY which is a certain fact many lose sight of. That said you should never expect cheap parts or labor if you choose to drive these vehicles. I like the Foreign Service because they will inspect your vehicle and advise you on what is going on. The difference between them and the dealership is I believe the dealership is only focused on you paying outrageous costs for often unnecessary maintenance items. My word of advice is: If you 'choose' to drive a Mercedes than find yourself a specialist rather than deal with a dealership. '87 190...'00 300...'95 320...'12 250. “Fast friendly service, Courtney was the absolute best and helping me with my issues. Told her I needed the vehicle back by Friday, she said she would try her best to make that happen, and it was ready by thursday! I have never used this company before however, I will definitely use them again in the future. Update: There was a few issues with my repair, however Tri-care went above and beyond resolving those issues!! A few days after the final fix, the owner called me personally saying that he had seen that my vehicle returned a few times, and asked if it was right, told him that it was. He said that if I had anymore problems with it to contact him directly. NOW THAT IS TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Will definitely use again for future repairs and will highly recommend!”

“Very prompt, friendly & fast. I have been going to this shop for all my smog check needs. New notes based on my recent visit (Jan 27, 2023) - They accept reservation only one day in advance (e.g. if you want to make an appointment for Friday, you have to call on Thursday) - Currently, the adjacent gas station is under renewal construction. But their business is open 7 days a week - The access to the smog station is somewhat limited. Some older cars might not be able to get the smog checked there as the car can't fully get into the shop. Make sure that you call in advance”

Damage was major; they basically had to cut off the last foot of the car body and weld a new one on, then straighten the fenders and put on a new trunk lid and rear bumper.
