Falesha Who works at the front desk is incredibly responsive, great at communication, and is on top of absolutely everything. Gary worked on my Cadillac and although the parts might have taken some to come in due to reasons out of their control, they never failed to keep me in the loop and get the job done as soon as they had all of the materials they needed. After getting my car back I had to bring it in a day later to replace the starter (again out of their control as I went for a different service the first time) and they were able to get my car in the same day and work on it within the same hour and they were nothing but generous and helpful.
