I have to thank Matt personally for keeping my 2017 Ram dually up and running when I was doing hot shots. He was able to, in most cases, get me back on the road and running within a few days . Decided it was time to replace all four tires and Eric was very accommodating to get them all ordered quickly with fair pricing. “There are two things that I require for a mechanic. The first is trust. As far as that goes, I have never trusted someone I do business with more than Al. The second is quality of work. And again, I will say, Al is one of the best at what he does. He listens to the customer, because he has learned they may not know his job, but they do know their vehicle's. We have been going to Al for decades, and even after we moved 30 minutes away, we still go there. Years ago, we had a warranty issue with a battery and went back and forth with the dealer. Had it in and out of the shop at least 4 times, never getting the actual problem fixed. When they insisted the issue was the alternator (which the car ran fine once it started), finally decided to just ask Al what he thought. After listening to us, he went to the fuse box and pulled the fuse for the radio. Said, let me know if you still have the problem (battery dying after a couple of days) after a week. Of course, the radio was the problem. And of course we told the dealer the same story.... Hey radio stopped working and now leaving the car sit for a few days, the battery is dead.... um... Maybe it's the radio?”

They were able to get the part I needed for a late model Ford and so I paid for it on a Saturday and I got it on a Tuesday. Not bad. Door skin looked like it was factory done. They did amazing job on it. Her paint was sonic gray pearl. Very hard to match but Joe and his crew knocked it out of the park.
