“This used to be our old congregation before we transferred to Indian Mound Ave. We traveled there by bus and walking because we were visiting there and seeing a friend who's wife had passed away a week before. Also to see family members who had transferred from another church to became members there, too. Since it was Father's Day, many people we knew wasn't there. Mostly people we knew were there and there are new faces we just met. It has changed a lot, but it's just like being at a Family Reunion for Christians. If you want to visit a church with a family atmosphere, go visit Kennedy Heights Church of Christ.”

“The members of this church are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met in my life! We got stuck in the blizzard and were taken to the church on Christmas eve. These people were selflessly helping us day and night and provided us with a safe shelter, blankets, and cots to stay for 5 days and nights and prepared warm food for us. They didn’t get to spend time with their families and were busy helping all of us to get home safely. Brett and Serena went above and beyond at every step, and Serena’s husband even dropped us 30 mins away so we could get home safe.
