“Wanted to give a huge shout out of gratitude to Erin at the convenience store (Shell?) At PR 37 & 1283 last night. My dad & I were out cruising in our 56 Chevy wagon when it overheated. It was somewhere between 9-10 & the Valero we rolled into was closed & the water machine wasn't working. Told my dear old Dad to stay with the car & I'd get us water & a drink. Erin's store was out of gallon water (we were going to pour it outside of radiator to help cool it down) but she came up with a quick easy way for this outta shape overweight 50 year old to hoof it back to the hot car with required cooling fluids for all. Erin, I can't thank you enough for helping me find the best & cheapest solution to my problem. She said she was "just an assistant manager" but she'll always be more than that to me! Hope you're doing well, Erin!!!”

April and her staff made sure that the visit was very accommodating..The food tastes great even after being warmed up because I got there after midnight but learned they are always cooking behind the scenes and put the food straight on the shelves for their consumers..Only people who travel long distances will appreciate a good meal and shower after a long drive..I love it and I will be going back many times as long as I am going 65 north towards Nashville..The TA store located off exit 61 to all the ones who went and had good things to say but forgot the exit number..Great job to their staff!!!👏👏👏”

“Came here first thing for my pneumonia vaccine today. The Staff was ready and waiting as it was not yet crazy busy. The reception person was helpful and then we learned that I did not know which iteration of the vaccine I needed. Thomas Shaw was the Pharmacist on duty and could not have been more helpful, genuine, earnest and more as he did some research about the two vaccines and someone my age. Thankfully it was not busy yet as this took almost 30 minutes as I would go to the car and double check this with my wife. BTW, this is a VERY clean store and even the young man at the front cashier was so friendly. Yet it was Thomas Shaw who displayed a great deal of emotional intelligence in helping me sort this out. My wife reached my MD's office and they shared their recommendation and Thomas then prepped the vaccine and administered it. Outstanding Team and crazy good Pharmacist!”

This is because one lady working there, Martha, was handling 2 cashier registers simultaneously, to keep the line moving, and when more people came in, she opened a 3rd register as well ! I have never seen anything like that before and I am amazed both with Martha's performance & skill of jogging 3 ordering stations at the same time, as well as her desire to help the customers. This was definitely going deep beyond the call of duty or what could be expected, and it helped big, big time. A+++ !”

“The Pharmacy Assistant that helped me out this evening, Maria , brought myself and my wife to tears. My wife recently lost her insurance and has been unable to find work due to covid. Her prescriptions were about $400 and money is already tight, my wife was debating how she can skip some pills and save some money, etc. because we just would not be able to afford it. Luckily Maria was able to help us out and we were able to get it down to $65! It meant so much to us, we literally cried in our car in the parking lot for 5minutes just being so thankful. She recently caught a mistake in a prescription and continued to help me as 3 UCDavis physicians wrote slight different erroneous prescriptions before the 4th of July holiday. She also helps me fill prescriptions from any Rite aid quickly. She is a gem and the reason i drive to Rite Aid in Kings Beach from my home 20 minutes away.”

“OMG!!! Totally Awesome experience with the lady who does the Covid 💉 vaccinations. (I feel bad for not getting her name)Well actually the whole Pharmacy staff was very friendly. I have a 12yr old non verbal, Autistic child who has a great fear of shots and will fight her way out of getting one. As my hubby and I were busy trying to find a way to hold down our daughter...the nurse was already done. 🤣 I had expected for it to be impossible for her getting vaccinated because of past years when it was 4 bodies that had to hold her down. Today was the BEST, I hope the same nurse will be there for the 2nd shot.”

“Today was my first visit to the Royal Palm Walgreens in Coral Springs. The visit was a wow!! I walked into the store and headed towards the pharmacy. The store was clean and very organized. I walked towards the pharmacy for my vaccine appointment and was amazed at the refrigerated and frozen food section. I was stunned by the beautiful and engaging advertising on the glass doors. It was so well done and tasteful, I had to take pictures after my appointment. The Pharmacist, vaccine technician and all the Pharmacy staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. I will definitely recommend this Walgreens location to anyone looking for a flu shot, vaccine or to get their prescription filled. I do not know if the advertising is at all of the Walgreen's, but this one it looked amazing and definitely catchy. I give it two thumbs up for whoever, came up with this idea.”

“Great place for a quick in and out purchase. I visit this establishment everyday on my way to work. They have lots of coffee choices and hot ready to eat snacks at the counter. 90%of the time I get their breakfast bars, which seem to me to be keto friendly. The are ham egg and cheese with a very light bread crust! Even if they are not keto, I absolutely love them! I have been looking for these for so long. We used to get them in our Elementary school breakfast when I was growing up! So good!”
