I waited for a few minutes to collect my order from the counter. My name or number was called. I went to the purchase counter to find out whats going on with my order. An employee named Kie Kie I guess she was the manager. She came out from behind the counter and explained the process of ordering from my app. She was so nice, professional at the same time caring.
