“From the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out they all showed extreme professionalism accompanied with empathy and it truly made me feel at ease. Dr. Nguyen was soo pleasant, thorough and soo calming during my initial pain filled experience. The whole staff was great and although I walked in with a level 9 pain they managed to take all that away. They didn’t pressure me to get anything that wasn’t deemed necessary and I felt we’re genuinely concerned with relieving my pain. “Dr. Barkate and Dr. Nehi are the best! Everyone that works with them is cheerful, kind and helpful. My special needs son began his orthodontic journey with phase one in second grade. Dr Barkate always took the time to make sure he was comfortable and understood what was happening. He began phase two in 6th grade and today he completes his journey! “I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to share my positive experience today. I was looking for a new dentist and hadn't been to the dentist in a year. I called per my sister's recommendation and got an appointment the next day. The receptionist was very friendly over the phone and answered all my questions about my insurance. I went into my appointment to fill out the new client paperwork and was called by Karen (who has worked there for years!) for a mouth scan. I loved her humor and we had a great conversation. She also educates you! Then Dr. Chandler came into double check my teeth to see if any work needed to be done. He was also friendly and professional. Karen was able to get me in for a cleaning with Ellen, who was phenomenal at her job (I try my best to have good dental hygiene so i think that helped) and I enjoyed our conversation. The environment at the office was very welcoming, which made me feel very comfortable. It helped to lower the anxiety of visiting a dental office, especially if you haven't been in for a check up in a while. I highly recommend the office of Dr. Keith Williams, though I have yet to meet Dr. Williams himself.”

“I needed a root canal and I was fortunate enough to find that Endodontic Associates of Brevard had an office in Titusville. The office was convenient to my work and when I arrived for my appointment I was greeted right away. Sharron took me in the back and explained everything that was going to happen and was so kind and patient with me. When it was time for the procedure, Dr. Hernandez came in and introduced himself and we got started. There was minimal discomfort and Dr. Hernandez was constantly checking with me to make sure I was comfortable. The whole process from X-ray to me leaving was about 90 minutes. I would highly recommend visiting one of their offices if you’re in need of a root canal.”
