I took my 23 month daughter for her first appointment and each person (front staff, hygienist, and Dr Hiradate) was very warm, cheerful and made us feel very welcome. The front desk board even had a welcome sign with my daughters name on it! There were charming details throughout (like the tooth fairy house, no cavity club certificate, good job/reward toy). Something that could be scary for kids was turned into a charming experience. Dr H was very knowledgeable and took great care of us. My daughter had the best teeth cleaning and walked out a happy camper.”

I have had anxiety from bad experiences at other offices but they seriously made me feel so comfortable, offered me blankets and let me try different pillows. The last two holistic dentists we tried in Los Angeles were overpriced and convinced our family we needed more dental work than necessary. I love Dr. Bianka's cleanings and evaluations. She did my older daughter's oral surgeries expertly, and accurately assessed my younger daughter's need for braces (we didn't need them for cosmetic reasons) and referred us to a great Orthodontist. Yes, I had other ones made by a different dentist but they don't fit my gums without denture cream, but my 16 year old dentures fit...hmmm My family and I are so upset because our insurance changed and none of us go to the dentist like we should...if you've been to the best, you just can't go to a dentist that isn't as good as her or better. Unfortunately we still can't find a dentist that does the miracle work she does! If you truly want healing and gentle hands to do work in your mouth, she is the one. I have had to use other dentist as I moved out of the area and the service in the five dentists I have seen cannot compare in comprehensive knowledge and talent. One dentist, said to be one of the top in the area was so impressed he asked permission to use the x-rays if Dr.Outten's great workmanship. In another office you might not even see the actual dentist as the information is relayed to the staff taking the x-rays and doing the cleaning -the staff consults with the dentist and recommendations are second hand. Not do with Dr.Outten. He is with you all the way. When I did go to Dr.Outten everything was about the patient and Mrs.Outten was there to greet and help you with any required paperwork. What you may consider a real family practice!”

“Amley and Amley are by far the best orthodontic practice in Pinellas County. All three of my children have been treated by Dr. Ed and Dr. Rob - and they have absolutely BEAUTIFUL smiles. The staff is also the best around. They are friendly, caring and really get to know the kids and what is going on with each of them. They offer a place for you to sit and watch what is going on with your child, or you can relax in one of the waiting areas. If you have smaller children, they have a TV and play area.
