The entire staff from the moment I stepped into the door to when I said my goodbyes made me happy and looking forward to come back for my next appointment. They have such a happy, family-like ambiance and are so friendly. Dr Brook is so knowledgable and has experience as an educator and always left me leaving the office with new information. He knows about my professional aspirations in health care and let me watch my whole surgery in front of a mirror (which was the coolest experience ever). “Dr. Porter's practice is fantastic. We just moved in the area, and I have had cleaning/check-up and filling/crown appointments. I was told the crown would take a little time to be delivered, and I had a conflict that I wouldn't be able to have it put in for about a month. Later in the day, his office called me to tell me they were able to make some changes and were able to get my crown before I left. They did this completely without me even requesting. In my opinion, this is the definition of 5 star service. The dental hygienist and dental assistant that I interfaced with were both excellent, both appointments started on time, the office and treatment rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff member responsible to handle the finances was able to tell me exactly the cost the procedures after my check-up. I highly recommend Dr. Porter's dental practice.”

At one point during my visit I told them I felt like I was at a spa! They treat their patients so well and give you their undivided attention. I was dreading this visit, but it was actually enjoyable! Dr. Schlaikjer was very informative and took his time, he was funny (as well as the staff), and I know I can trust him, which can be hard to find when it comes to healthcare.
