“I was only able to stop by here twice this year because I had to move. But those two times I did visit I had a great experience. Connie was always super nice and welcoming. She was able to explain my bill and procedure clearly. She was open to questions I had and never made me feel uncomfortable. The receptionist, who I am so sorry! I forgot her name omg she was so sweet. From the first time I spoke to her over the phone to make an appointment. She was very patient and always had a smile when I came to the office. I still remember asking if I could bring my baby with me because I had no one to leave her with. She assured me that it was okay to bring her and that during my x-rays they could have some one take care of her so that I can take care of my health. Omg how nice of them!! Not all clinics or receptionist would say that. The staff will make you feel like you are family, which is what mostly everyone would like to have. Anyway, I totally recommend this dentist clinic. I hope to find a clinic again just like this one near me! Last thing I would like to mention is that, before I left CA, I got a letter from them which shows how lovely they are (the letter is in the pictures btw.) I hope this review help you stop by. If you are a military spouse like me you will love it! They truly care about their patients and make you feel like family. Sometimes we need that as military wives since our love ones are far away most of the time. Thank you California Smiles! for the great service I received.”

“If you have a super anxious child who needs lots of patience and explanation, this is the place for you!. The staff are very accommodating and handled my very anxious and unwilling 5 year old so well. Alexis got right on her level and slowly but surely gained her trust. From here, the rest of our visit was a breeze. The icing on the cake was when Dr. Korie “cleaned” my daughters stuffed puppy’s teeth ❤️. She was so amazing, taking the time to make this fun even though I’m sure there were other patients waiting on her to be seen. Dr Cohen will not perform anything (other the the assistant doing a cleaning) on the first visit ( at least not on kids). He says he doesn’t want to scare kids away on the first visit, which in my opinion is very snart... I highly recommend this place for both adult and elementary aged kids.”

“I’m not sure why I haven’t posted a review sooner, and I feel bad for that because this is by far the most pleasant experience I’ve had with a long term care provider, especially one centered in dentistry. I hope anyone reading this review trusts this stranger on the internet and goes in to see Dr. Miller and his amazing team. They are excellent with communication, very flexible with scheduling, and unbelievably understanding with financing. They care about what they do, and that shows in the way they speak to their patients and go above and beyond to help them. The work they do is top notch, and they will make your teeth look amazing - all without shaming you for not always wearing the rubber bands for your braces, or your retainer post care. They invest in your life and treatment plan in a real way. I’ve been going to this office for somewhere around 5-6 years now, and I’ve never had a bad experience. They’ve never been rude to me, or tried to charge me more than what I owed. They have never been shady, but instead have upheld a level of integrity in their work, and business ethics, that is unparalleled. They are human beings that act as that, and recognize patients as that. We are not just wallets to them. I cannot recommend Dr. Miller’s office enough. They are worth your time and money, 100%.”
