He was calm, he put her at ease and took as much time as she needed to be as comfortable as she could be in the Dentist chair. He took time and explained everything including showing her pictures to assist in his explanation. He took a conservative approach and we have already booked our next appointment with him. “I had to find a new dentist due to insurance change, unfortunately with my insurance there are very limited options. This my first visit to a dentist in nearly two years. I'll add that I also do not like going to the dentist but Dr.Gonzalez was very warm, kind and explained everything in great detail so I know what to expect at my next appointment. She also ensured I check with my insurance first before proceeding with anything to make sure it would be covered. I was given a quote for the work I'll need and honesty, compared to most it seems incredibly reasonable even if insurance does not cover it. So far, I highly recommend this practice :)”
