Dr. Anna Spencer was such a polite, kind, caring dentist who took the time to thoroughly look my teeth over, and perform sensitivity tests to make sure I didn’t have any jaw/teeth issues. Carole is so sweet, easy to talk to, and most importantly thorough which is why I have been going to her for so many years, she always does an amazing job! The dental assistant Hayley was so kind, made me feel comfortable, and was so easy to talk to. She was great about explaining what she was doing when taking the X-rays and going over each process with me. Kelly the Office Manager/insurance coordinator was so nice, and helpful. “I had intense pain over the weekend around the bridge area. I called Dr Lee’s office on Monday (today) at 8AM and I was given an appointment on the spot. I saw Dr Lee who explained to me everything in detail (after taking x-rays) and she ensured for me an appointment the same day with an orthodontist, since the issue seems to be related to a possible need for a root canal. I went to see him too. My experience is over all very positive and I am grateful to have such a caring dentist and a caring staff too!!!”

The first two dental offices allowed me the 1st time we came but even after explaining the situation, they refused to allow it for future visits. I'm so thankful they didn't have good customer service because I wouldn't have found Children's Dental World otherwise! I have been bringing my children to this Children's Dental World for over 5 years now & we love it! They have no issues with me staying with my boys & they can even have their cleanings at the same time due to the amazing layout of their office.
