They let me know they were running behind, even though it only took an extra 30 minutes, because I had a babysitter at home! “Dr.Bandola has been amazing. I have always had a fear and anxiety of dentist so the thought of an oral surgeon terrified me but with her I feel comfortable. She explains everything and answers all my questions and my E-mails. I had multiple teeth removed and was awake and didn't feel anything, she even told me if the sound bothered me I could wear ear buds to listen to music. And the staff is so nice, friendly and very efficient. I will never go anywhere else, highly recommend especially to anyone like me who has fears of dentist because she explains everything and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed as much as you possibly could be anyway.”

During the actual treatment, they provided accommodations to my 8 year old to ensure she is comfortable throughout the process as she has a weak gag reflex. “I took my 4 almost 5 month old in to see Dr. Frazier yesterday to evaluate for oral ties. I was immediately impressed by her calm, kind, welcoming demeanor and dedication to investigating our feeding issues. She was gentle in her exam and informative in her diagnosis. She explained step-by-step what treatment would entail and left the ball in my court on how to proceed. I did not feel like she was trying to persuade me one way or another, but rather there to offer support and guidance in making the best decision for us. My son was found to have an extensive lip tie, which we opted to revise in hopes of improving feeding. I was present for the whole procedure and very impressed by the care and precision exercised by the whole team. After care was explained well and we will follow up with them on July 5th to evaluate healing. I would highly recommend this office to anyone experiencing issues with breastfeeding. My only regret is not calling sooner.”
