“Great experience! I have two girls. One is 3 and the other is 6 months. Dr. K and staff were patient and kind! My three year old loved watching tv (on the ceiling) while getting her teeth cleaned! She hasn't stopped talking about it since we got home! Lol Thanks for making this a fun experience instead of a scary one for my littles. I have since moved but still choose to drive 30 minutes to get to this location*** the staff who made me comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. “I had the most incredible experience with this office yesterday. I walked in with terrible pain and Natalie who works the front desk was so caring and assisted me right away! They got me in immediately to put me in my room for my tooth extraction and I got to meet Dr. Lopez who did my extraction and she did it so fast and was very gentle. I had no pain today I didn't even have to take tylenol . This office really treats their patients like family and truly cares . I will continue to go back to this office and would highly recommend anyone to go there. I got a follow up from Natalie today checking in to see how I was and she answered all my questions and it feels nice to be taken care of like thay .”

“I am keeping my previous review for reference but must add that Dr. Newby called me after leaving this and reassured me this will not happen again. I appreciate that personal touch extremely and am now increasing my review. Fingers crossed next visit is better! They still are requiring masks but will not provide them without lecturing. 🙄 We really like Dr. newby but that's about it. The front desk staff are frankly, just rude. They seem annoyed and irritated when having to assist. You can be standing waiting patiently and they just act like you're completely invisible and when they do acknowledge you they are sarcastic and hateful. It is to bad the staff that greets you cannot be as pleasant as Dr. Newby herself.”

“Let me tell you. This place is fantastic. I have severe anxiety. Everything from my initial contact to the visit made me feel at ease. Dr. Capati has been the 1st dentist that has actually listened to me and was attentive to my needs. It was no pressure, listened and understood my history and fears. I told her my current denture and implant was never right from the previous dentist. She took a look at it and pointed out exactly what was wrong with it..everything I had been telling the previous dentist but was ignored. . She could even tell from the x-rays that it didn't fit right. Simply amazing. Bad dentists and dentists that don't listen have traumatized me and caused anxiety in the past. I can honestly say I am going to be back.”
