“Everyone was nice and professional, office is well decorated. The only thing is that I wish there was a sign outside the building that indicates the dentist office is in the same building as the bank. I spent some time walking around the building to check, not sure if I wasn’t lost. I was certain that I had the right address on the gps (605 Broadway, Saugus MA), the building had the 605 on it but could only read EASTERN BANK. Until I went inside the building and see the board listing all the businesses, it was just a bank to me. Even on the board, I couldn’t find Boston North Dental Associates easily. That would be my only recommendation and why I didn’t give 5 ⭐️. If the associates can address that it would be very helpful for new comers. Besides that, for my first visit I had an extensive cleaning, x-rays done for a full diagnosis, and a plan to address them as soon as possible. I was also quickly referred to another specialist for a biopsy for a few stuff on my tongue just to be sure. I love the doctor’s proactivity. Would definitely recommend their service!!”

“We actually LOOK forward to going to the dentist, imagine that!!! Dr. McDonald is extremely knowledgeable, honest and experienced! The entire staff is so helpful and kind, you never feel rushed. I really appreciate the way they go above and beyond with the latest technology and equipment. My favorite kombucha and cold brew is on tap and I enjoy the location being on coast highway. “I was needing a new dental practice. I'm SO thankful I chose Atkinson! Fantastic practice and excellent staff! My experience was top notch. I'm surprised at the few recent negative reviews. I had not been to a dentist in a few years. They were extremely professional and my teeth are in excellent condition. Yet, I take really good care of my teeth. No cavities! My teeth health is excellent and I was leery due to people claiming they were over charged. Not true! Also, I needed a crown, that fell out over a year ago, replaced. I went in for my cleaning, which was easy peasy because I take awesome care of my teeth and got lots of compliments on that! Then they took care of my crown the same day! THAT is what makes my new chosen dental practice SO great!”
