“When I first contacted this office for a new patient appointment, they were caring and eager for me become a patient there. The process of making an appointment was smooth and there were no complications especially with my new insurance. Both the front desk receptions and dental assistant guided me well and the interaction was pleasant. The doctor greeted me and show how informative and knowledgeable he was when diagnosing me. The x-rays went well and I understand how difficult getting x-rays can be on me, so I want to say I'm sorry to dental assistant. The cleaning was on the same day and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. They constantly checked up on me seeing how I was doing which was very nice of them. The doctor answered all of my questions and concerns, leaving me satisfied with my first visit in this office. I recommend this office to anyone and I will be coming back again when a problem arises!”

“This is kind of a crazy review to go back and leave.... Almost 10 years later. My case was a bit special and required an odd treatment plan that I concluded in 2014 which was supposed to lead to dental implants at the conclusion. I am finally at the point in my life where I am ready to make the investment and have started the process to finish my treatment. Every single dentist that has seen me since Dr. Melcher remarks on the wonderful work of my prior orthodontist and wants to know who did it. Because I have a permanent lower retainer and have worn my Hawley retainer with fake teeth basically everyday for the past decade my teeth have not shifted at all and are still ready for implants. And how crazy that the Hawley retainer they made me has lasted this long and still works and looks great. It shocks everyone who finds out about it. Their office is top tier, I only ever had great experiences with them. I highly recommend Dr. Melcher.”

“Let's start with the front desk administrators Valerie and Shaina. Both were extremely friendly, welcoming and most accommodating to me when making an appointment. Instead of 2 days for a consult then possible procedure they scheduled me back to back on same day. As a first time patient to this practice it started off well. Met Dr Jordon and she explained to me all my options prior to the possible root canal. I went forward with the root canal and she made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety as we all get having a root canal.
