Getting my braces put on was easy and pain free and I’m on my way to a perfect smile. The whole office has a great atmosphere and they really go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable. “I finished my course of braces about 2 years ago. I really appreciated the easiness of the office. #1 there was always room for parking, which is usually an issue in Lynn. #2 everytime I was finished with my appointment I'd schedule the next appointment straight away and never missed a beat. #3 the staff is usually very friendly and greet you when you come in and leave, unless they're busy (it can get pretty busy sometimes, but not very often). Also the assistants were very gentle and I didn't feel much pain, which was a huge plus.”

“Best staff ever! After so many horrific dental care experiences, I was scarred to the point of avoiding regular follow-ups. Finding Dr. Binkowski was such a blessing! She has been kind, gentle, and understanding. Her staff improves the experience even more! Each appointment is more akin to a visit with friends rather than a "chore." Dr. B has a way of administering Novocaine so you don't feel it, so this is the perfect place to bring children. My daughter has been a patient since she was 8 and still LOVES going! “I used to hate going to the dentist. Not because I fear pain, but because each time I went I would receive a lengthy lecture about brushing and flossing -- with the subtext that I wasn't doing it enough/properly -- and I'd walk out feeling like crap. As much as I tried, I'd be criticized. Finally, I have found a dental group that doesn't make me dread every visit. As a matter of fact, I enjoy the visit. They compliment me on the care I take, and the dentist even goes so far as to say that my previous dental work is excellent. (Yes, I had lots of cavities as a small child. As the fillings deteriorated, I had caps to replace them. I've spent thousands ensuring that I keep my teeth -- and even went so far as to have braces as an adult when my teeth began to shift.) What my husband also noticed about this dental group is that they don't push you to have unnecessary procedures. In our previous city, they were always trying to add things that either weren't needed ($2000 to "tighten" my gums). This dentist tells you what you may need in the future, but assures you that it isn't necessary now. Thus, I will be able to trust him completely when he finally says, "We ought to do it now." If you dread your dentist because you're tired of being chastised even when you know you're doing everything you should, this is the place for you. They're honest, do a great job cleaning your teeth, and you walk out feeling very happy about the entire experience.”
