“We saw Dr. Philofsky a couple years ago when my daughter needed her tooth exposed for orthodontics. He was so patient, gentle and professional. It was a wonderful experience. Dr. Philofsky's office worked with our orthodontist to get my daughter's tooth exposed, and chained so we could slowly pull it down with braces. It was a huge success and allowed us to save her tooth. I don't know what we would have done without him.”

“Review from my first appointment at the Point Ruston location yesterday. 1.) Front door reserved parking is an awesome plus! 2.) Very easy check in and I was offered a drink while I waited. The lady at the front desk was very nice and professional, she walked me to the tranquility room (waiting room) which is gorgeous! 3) The hygienist I saw was Madison. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and was good at taking a full series of X-rays. After that she handed me the complimentary menu and I picked Aromatherapy and the gel eye mask. Next time I’ll get those again and add the neck roll and the paraffin wax, I had a cut on my finger so I didn’t try it this time. They also had other things on the paper list that’s not listed online like lip balm. She did a really good job on the cleaning, pain free but still thorough. 4) The doctor was really nice and took time to talk to me about all my concerns, wants/needs etc. She talked me though the treatment plan and all my options, there was no pressure to buy anything or do any treatment. 5) At the end they answered all my remaining questions and made my next appointment in 6 months, before walking me to the front to pay and sign the treatment plan on my way out. You can grab another refreshment at this time as well. All said and done I was there for about an hour. There was almost no down time or waiting time for any part of my appointment. 6) The only negative reviews I found about this place was people had surprise fees or charges. I did NOT have that experience at all. We have insurance and all copays were laid out clearly, right from the start. For example at the end she asked me if I wanted fluoride and told me it would be an additional $10 on top of the $44 I’d pay for my exam and X-rays which we had previously discussed. I said yes and when I left my total was $54. No hidden fees whatsoever.”

“My first visit and everyone was amazing. I have several health issues so any dentist that takes me on has to be very careful. Well…. Dr. Gutierrez was ready for the challenge and made me so comfortable because he listened and didn’t just try to do something that would jeopardize my health like so many other dentist have done. I’m so afraid of going to the dentist now that I panic terribly. Dr Gutierrez put me at ease immediately and let me know he wasn’t going to do anything until he came up with a game plan that was safe. I literally started crying. “Dr. Zellmer is fantastic and the staff is quite efficient and friendly. My mom's dentures fit perfectly, look natural and were comfortable quickly after she got them. She had her impressions done on a prior visit, so, when she showed up, it was only about one hour to have the extractions and leave with her nice new smile. This has been a smooth and relatively painless process - just some mild discomfort on the day of extractions.”

“If any of Dr. Jennifer’s offices were closer than my son’s normal dentist, he’d 100% be going to them. I really like my son’s dentist but he was referred to Crisp&Associates for a procedure due to them not currently having an anesthesiologist. I was worried but honestly they did great!
