“We had an emergency at 8am on a Saturday. Left a message and within 20 minutes heard back from 'Harry'. He offered us a 3pm slot and I asked if he could offer an earlier one. He said he'd get into the office and check the schedule. Within the next 20 minutes he got back to us with a noon slot. My fiance has a serious panic disorder and she told them everything they needed to know. She was petrified and needed a tooth extracted from an infected gum. Turns out there was a wisdom tooth back there too. Right on a nerve. Probably one of the worst possible surgeries and worst tests for her severe panic disorder. They did an amazing job and she was out, in pain, but manageable. We called to go over the requirements for when she should take pain meds and they even offered that if we have further concerns, we could leave our number on the emergency line after hours and they'd call us back. Great service, great attitude. Fair prices. They even gave us the X-Ray free.”

“NOVA pediatrics is awesome. I've taken both my kids there since they were toddlers (for a decade). The place is clean, modern, and completely set up for children. The x-ray "blanket" is small for little kids with a big smiley face. There are like ten different cleaning paste flavors and they get a token to get a little gift from the coin machine. The technicians are all very friendly and speak with every lid like they are the special guest (which they are). My kids get excited when they find out that they have appointments coming up, and my inner child (possibly adult, too) gets a little envious. I can't say enough good things about this dentistry. Oh! I also asked at what age they don't qualify as "pediatric" any more. Apparently there is no precise age and they said around 18 or so the kids decide to go elsewhere. So my kids may end up going there forever!”

“This office definitely lives up to their reviews. They have a huge lobby to wait in after checking in and is loaded with staff to get you in and out as efficiently as possible. Despite waiting a few minutes after our appointment time to be seen, everything was over with quickly and effortlessly. The dentist examined the X-rays and performed the oral exam and the dental hygienist came in soon after to conduct my daughters cleaning. The front desk staff was also very sweet and graciously offered my daughter her pick of a toy after her visit. Looking forward to taking my son in next Saturday for his routine check up! They take time to explain everything and answer any questions you may have. They don't act rushed like they are trying to move you along so they can get to their next patient. “Wow. First of all I am beyond impressed. Every staff member here is super friendly and kind. Dr Kate, Kayla, Maryann and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make my daughters first dentist experience a positive happy one. She usually cries at any other doctor appointments but she was all smiles today. She even said “cool dentist” lol. She is two. “I was referred to Dr. Hsu via my dentist and I couldn’t be more pleased! It was determined that I needed a both a gum and bone graft on two front teeth after several months of unexplained, persistent irritation. Dr. Hsu gave a thorough exam and provided me with all relevant options. Three weeks ago I had my surgery under oral sedation and I can honestly say this was one of the most dental experiences I’ve ever had! The staff was amazing, the surgery was quick and painless. Even after surgery, there was minimal discomfort. Dr. Hsu personally called me the day after my surgery and her office even sent a thank you/check in card to me in the mail a few days after. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and I’m glad that I’ll be under her care going forward!”
