She smiles more frequently and loves to show her smile now! Our favorite person there was the anesthesiologist, he took EXCELLENT care of our daughter during her surgery! He did an amazing job at making us comfortable and explaining what we should or should not expect. He was very thorough. We will be taking our kids here to see the dentist. By far, one of the BEST dentist I’ve taken my children to!”

“He’s been my daughters dentist since she was 1. I will never forget when she was 4 she had two cavities & Dr Flietes let me know ahead of time if it’s more than what he’s willing to do (such as more major like surgery, putting to sleep, etc) he does not do that there because “I want kids to know the dentist isn’t a scary place, at least not my place (LOL) and one thing I will never do is traumatize a child.” He’s upheld those words for 10 years. Every appointment is a 5 star from every staff member. He knows what customer service means & I’ve never encountered anything but kindness from Dr Flietes & staff! I think the longest we’ve ever waited to be seen was like 7 minutes. So appointments are scheduled to where you’re basically seen on arrival. I love that. My daughter is 11 & she sees him twice a year. Now he sees my 1 year old son.”

Long story: I drove up from South Carolina to get a filling done at my childhood dentist and had the second generation of Dr. Schwartz’s work on my teeth. I haven’t had dental insurance or regular dental care for almost 20 years, with some traumatizing experiences along the road. The entire staff is incredibly professional yet personable, taking time to address individual needs, and do it fluently in two languages!! They go the extra mile to work with your insurance, and they make sure that care is accessible if you don’t have insurance.
