I have always had a pleasant experience and was a bit nervous when the previous dentists retired and I heard the practice was changing hands because we’d just been through a similar transition at my kids’ dentist office that did not go very well. “I was eager to try Comfort Dental as it’s close to home-has GREAT hours. Fortunately they are a preferred provider on my insurance so I was able to schedule an appointment right away. They went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and were exceedingly positive & professional. The office is lovely as is the staff and the customer service is top notch. After x-rays and an initial exam Dr.Sousa explained everything she found and provided me with an in depth treatment plan as well as several options to accomplish everything over time so that I can maximize my benefits. My first appointment was several composite fillings and everything went extremely well. I’m terrified of many dental procedures but Dr Sousa and her staff made me as comfortable as possible. They were very gentle, kind, reassuring and ultimately did an amazing job. “I usually jump from one dentist to another because I used to use Groupon for basic cleaning. Every time you go to one of those, they ALWAYS upsell you into 2 things: "You are grinding your teeth so you need a $800 night guard" and "You need $600 deep cleaning". Most of those dentists are in it just for the money. I have been going to see this dentist , Dr. Le, for several years now because he was the one dentist who NEVER tried to sell me something. He simply does his job and does it efficiently. His staff are professional and appointments are taken care of on time. 5 stars.”
