“I love coming to the dentist. Is that weird? I mean Loudoun Dental Smiles is what I’ve been looking for forever. The hygienist, Emely, who worked on my teeth today was so friendly and careful. She let me know what she was doing and continuously asked if I was okay or if anything hurt while she worked on me. Her and Dana were the two hygienists that have worked on my teeth and let me tell you…these ladies are great. I’m a woman of color and actually looked for an office that had women of color employed there…I found the best place. Nothing short of great client services. Thank you!!”

“I am so happy we followed the advice of other local parents and checked this place out. After a pretty intense dental accident about a year ago, my son has been VERY nervous going to the dentist. We switched to ToothTown after hearing some glowing reviews and this was our first appointment. They did a great job of explaining everything to him before doing it, showing and feeling the tools with him, and checking in with him to make sure he was doing okay throughout. He was nervous but never said no and let them do what they needed to. This was such an improvement for him! The waiting area was also very cute and fun. I highly recommend them so far!”

“I was a new patient to Opal Dental Group today, and I have to say that I was incredibly impressed all the way around! I made my new patient appointment online, which was awesome because I find that much mo h more convenient than calling. They sent automated text and voicemail reminders, then an actual human texted and interacted with a confirmation a couple days prior. Unfortunately i had to reschedule due to work, but I did all that via text! They were very nice about it. On the day of the appointment I arrived and was impressed by the beautiful facility. The front desk staff was very friendly and approachable. The new patient registration was done via a tablet It was a very easy process. I was taken back quickly and again I can't say enough about how modern and incredibly clean this facility is. I had a set of magic x-rays, regular x-rays, and 3-D imaging scan of my mouth which was very cool. I'm not going to bore you with details about the exam but I will say I've never had a more thorough dental exam in my life. My dentist was amazing and I felt like I had great care. I'm definitely coming back!”

I always get exceptional service and if I ever have any concerns with my care Dr. H is always very patient with explaining to me all of my options and making sure that I am comfortable with the level of care that I am receiving. The office is very clean and have lots of modern technology and equipment. “I think that this dentist gets a bad rep because people get upset that he doesn't just give out pain pills unless he pulls a tooth. I have been getting my teeth pulled her since my wisdom teeth. He is always very sweet and really helps to keep me calm through my anxiety. He always makes sure to wait till the Novacane is fully working before he pulls my teeth. I just two months ago had all my top teeth pulled out by him so I can get dentures I had 13 bad teeth pulled out and I didn't feel a thing. He did a great job and is great with my after care. He takes time to explain everything thoroughly too. I wish that people would not be so cruel with there bad judgment on him. I am grateful for him taking my medical because there are not many out there that do.”
