It was a big decision for me and I wanted to make sure I was making the right choice. This may sound silly to some, but being in the field , I know that they are not all created equal. I have known of Dr. Ackerman’s reputation and have spoken with many of his patients over the years who have nothing but good things to say. I am so pleased with my choice! I was seen in their office today and it went so smoothly. Everyone was super sweet from the scheduling coordinator to the hygienist. Let me just tell you, the staff is just as important as the doctor! Dr. Ackerman sat down with me and walked me through all of my x-rays and previous treatments that had been completed. He didn’t make me feel bad for not having an exam in a couple of years. He was able to touch up a rough spot on one of my molars and sent me away as a proud member of the cavity free club (got lucky this time). I have scheduled appointments for my entire family and although there is a bit of a wait to get in (a couple of weeks), trust me it is worth it!”
