The office staff is very professional and helps you feel at ease at every appointment. The visit I had with Dr. Chiotellis was exceptional! The night before, I had a dental emergency and was going to be heading out of town for 1-2 weeks and needed his help. I contacted him on his day off, early on a Friday morning, to see if he would be available to help me with my dental emergency. Not only did he accommodate my schedule for the day, he waited 90 minutes after my appointment since I was having car trouble and I couldn't make it on time! He took care of my dental emergency quickly and did with kindness and professionalism. I will never forget the sacrifice he and the office staff made for me on that day! The office is clean and followed the protocol in having clients wear masks and social distancing. I filled out forms and then waited, which didn't take long. The person that took my xray was very pleasant and we chatted for some time until Dr. Estacio came in. Before, during and after my tooth extraction procedure of a wisdom tooth, Dr. Estacio and his assistant made me feel very comfortable. I came to Shirlington Dental for a second opinion after a recommendation from a colleague (the other dentist said I had six cavities that needed work even though I have no history of that level of problem). Dr. Sisel took time to look over the scans, explain what he was seeing (and what he thought the other dentist likely was seeing) and walk me through what he thought was needed, which turned out to be no work, and if anything just watching the few small spots.
