“We love, Dr Shultz and all of her staff. They are all very kind and my kids really enjoy getting their teeth cleaned every six months. We feel like we are part of a family. Ha ha since we see them more than some of our own family. They are so sweet to offer us drinks our three kids got hot chocolates this last time. This is a picture from our recent visit. We love supporting a women owned practice. They do not push fluoride on us and clean the teeth with alternate solutions. They have more holistic, mouthwash, and toothpaste available. I really appreciate that. They are open minded about peoples preferences. My kids love getting a toothbrush at the end of their cleaning, and a little toy and some floss. All of the hygienist are extremely patient and so so gentle and all their technology is top notch. They really do their best to bill the most to our insurance, and we are very happy with what we end up paying the difference. It is very reasonable. Dr Shultz is always so happy to visit with and gives you her hundred percent care and attention. Definitely check them out!”

Very thorough in explaining everything that's happening on the visit, and they are transparent about costs, out of pocket, insurance, etc. Nearly everyone is friendly, with sincere greetings, smiles and so on. this is all important to me because going to the dentist can be unsettling, and so the warmth of the staff helps me immensely. I dropped a star because the reception when entering the front door didn't feel as welcoming, barely a mutter, no eye contact very sterile unfortunately.”

“I was a former patient of Dr. Brown and love him, his wife and his entire staff. When the practice was taken over by Smile Well, I wasn't sure I would be as comfortable. I WAS WRONG!! The office manager, Yvette, was so pleasant and accommodating. The dental assistant, Brandy, was great. She even inquired about my husband who had some previous medical issues. It was appreciated. Dr. Lisa was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and effective - she also had cool eyeglasses! But the star of my show was Jocelyn, the dental hygienist. So focused on me the patient, so efficient and painless. I was so comfortable that we discussed topics having nothing to do with dentistry. She even went out of her way to successfully assist me with a totally unrelated issue. Thank you so much!! As a rule, I don't like anything or anyone related to dentistry. “I had my root canal and crown top done at this dental clinic and I am pleased with the procedure that Dr. Vu has done. I also had full deep cleaning here. I chose this location because it is close to where I live, the pricing seems fair and reasonable, and the doctor knowledgeable in his field and with oral care. I will go here again once my insurance becomes effective next year as I signed up for open enrollment this Fall. I was paying out-of-pocket and didn't know if the insurance that my employer offers works and the dentist here was the deciding factor in opting for the insurance in the first place. “If I could give 10 stars I would. I went to Durham Dental to seek a second opinion. I had more than half of my teeth removed and I was told I needed to get implants and crowns. I knew I needed a second opinion. Dr Loay not only listen to my needs but made sure that I was aware of all my options. He is amazing and even calls from is own phone to check in. Not only that, his staff is absolutely amazing. Not to mention that he has up to date technology so you don’t have to make an appointment elsewhere to get an MRI done for implants, etc. Simply put, I’m so grateful to have found this practice and I have recommended him to so many people.
