“Let me start by saying that I have been receiving dental care over the past seven years at another dental office that I will not acknowledge by name. The clinical staff and front office staff there were all very caring and professional; however, I had a terrible in-person experience with of all people the office manager! There are some things in life that I will begrudgingly tolerate, but I refuse to suffer on account of someone else’s disrespect or rude behavior. Today fortunately is a bright new day and when one door closes trust that another is already opening with an abundance of new opportunity. And just like that I was on Google reviews and began researching to find details about my next dentist. By the grace of God, I happened upon the practice of Mariya Barnett, DDS Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. Every review I read about the level of care, patient experiences and service set the bar pretty high among my expectations. And to top things off the office is only minutes from my home. So, when I finally went in and had the chance to meet the office staff, they made me forget about my past experience and made me feel right at home. Before the procedure started all of my questions were addressed and detailed explanations regarding next steps were provided. The level of care given to administer what I would describe as a pain free yet thorough regimen of dental treatment was just what I have come to expect and was just what I received. Thus far I have had two fabulous visits at this office and look forward to my next appointment. In my opinion this alone speaks volumes, especially when a patient with past dental phobias can honestly say they are looking forward to going to the dentist! “Finally found an amazing dentist! My husband needed an appointment due to an issue he's been having for months from a different dental office. After searching online for dentists with good reviews, we finally found Dr. Stern. Luckily, my husband was able to get an appt quickly. We drove almost an hour from our home to Dr. Stern's office and the distance was 100% worth it! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with such a genuine warm welcome! Fran was so kind and helpful. Dr. Stern was able to address and resolve my husband's tooth issue and he was very thorough with explaining the treatment options. “I had my first treatment here last week and cannot wait to go back! Like who even says that about any kind of Dr office?! The facility itself is beautiful, clean and literally has everything you can need plus more in their waiting rooms. I felt like I was waiting for a spa appointment, not an orthodontist. The staff at the front desk and anytime I’ve called have been super helpful and very friendly. Jen worked on my teeth and made me feel so comfortable and walked me through each step since she could tell I was nervous. She’s fabulous! Although I was there for myself, Jen took me on a tour of the pediatric side of the office since my daughters with definitely be needing braces in the near future. I have never seen anything like it! They have thought of everything when it comes to giving kids the best experience possible when it comes to braces! The waiting room has a theater with movies for siblings that are waiting, video games and a little play area for toddlers! Allergy friendly snacks and drinks too! I’m excited for my kids to get braces here! HIGHLY recommend!”

“I came here for an extraction on Thursday and I must say, he did an amazing job! “Every doctor here is a specialist. I personally love Dr. Hong’s practice. He is very calm and skillful so it’s easy to relax. I had root canals and fillings on front and back teeth. Before the procedures, Dr. Hong took the time to explain the procedure and that my back teeth had more nerves than most people. I was nervous, but he took his time to do it right. There was very little discomfort and the fillings are smooth. The process was much better than my previous procedures. I would give them a try. People in his office are friendly and detailed. And they call a day ahead of every appointment to remind you come on time. I am really satisfied with their services.”

“I left my appointment at Williams Dental Care happy and well pleased. The entire staff had a part in leaving a good impression with me. I mention the staff, as a whole, because I first contacted the facility via phone to ensure they accepted my insurance. The phone receptionist was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Everything I needed to know, from the acceptance of my insurance to documentation that needed completion prior to my appointment, was provided. That was definitely a plus because it vastly streamlined my check-in. Once I arrived for my appointment, I was quickly greeted by name (although I had not stated who I was), and informed that I would be seen shortly. I was made to feel as though my business was appreciated. After I was summoned, and seated in the examination room, the dentist assistant thoroughly explained to me everything that was to transpire. She handled me with care while preparing me for the dentist. The dentist did not disappoint. She was just as thorough as her staff, explaining everything to me, even to the point of providing a mirror so that I could observe what was going on in my mouth as she worked. I literally could go on and on with praises, but I will make this review short, and end by saying that Williams Dental Care is now the only office I trust with my dental needs. “Let me start off by saying that i am deathly afraid of the dentist. I had a route canal done on 10/25 by Dr.Kyle & his dental assistant Billy. Billy prepped me prior to the doctor coming in and made me feel completely at ease about the whole entire situation. Dr. Kyle came in and we joked around a bit and the surgery got started. They both kept asking me if i was ok and comfortable throughout the whole entire process. I think 5 stars is too little of a rating that these two and the whole staff deserves. I have visited this office several times and have always been treated like I was family. Dr. Kyle and Billy were both EXTREMELY knowledgeable in what they were doing and it was easy to see that the patients well-being and comfort was their number one priority. Throughout the whole entire process I felt little to no pain. I would recommend them and this office over and over again.”
