“I went to Big Bend for the first time this week and had a great experience. I hate the dentist, always have, and have been putting off an appointment for much too long. I could not have had a better experience. They were patient with me when it came to figuring out my insurance, explained everything very well, and the atmosphere was great. I had to get a cavity filled, which was my first ever, and they made sure to walk me through the entire process and explain everything to me. You hear so many horror stories about fillings but I have had ZERO issues! Dr. Megan was so nice and completed my work in a very short amount of time. Dentists are scary and a lot of places choose to shame you for your teeth issues. which is why i have put off going. I never felt judged and like i was getting "scolded" for the work that they had to do. I am very pleased to make this my new dentist office.
