She has the BEST bedside manner, goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable (memory foam pillows, blankets, movie to watch during your time in the chair) but most of all her quality of work is unmatched. I have cavities we've been "watching" for 20 years. She is not even in network with my insurance and we STILL use her, I'm happy to pay more when I know someone is doing the job RIGHT. Dr. K is my fairly new family dentist and every single interaction with everyone in this office has been pleasant. Dr. K himself is calm, friendly, and a very professional dentist. He explained any processes thoroughly and is always open to questions. Nicole who works at the front desk is has a very genuine, pleasant and inviting demeanor. She goes above and beyond to make sure all insurance matters are handled properly and she is always transparent with me about costs and coverage. This is important to me because I cannot tell you how many times I’ve had medical services done and have gotten surprised with exorbitant bills because the full costs were not communicated to me prior to services. As a bonus, she is also sweet as pie! Dr. K fixed a serious dental issue I had in 2 visits and I am doing 100% better. I genuinely appreciate every one of them in this office and I will stick with them as long as I live. It’s rare to come across a business where everyone has your best interests in mind. “When I moved to Nashville in May, 2011 I needed to find a doctor. I had severe health challenges with hypertension and rapid weight gain. I found Dr. Zandra Petway on the internet and was attracted to her practice because of its name, Christian Family Medical Clinic. Dr. Petway has been a God send. She has worked diligently with me to discover the source of the hypertension by ordering extensive testing for all vital organs and complete lab work up. She has implemented a number of strategies for how to best manage the hypertension through a combination of medications and dosage levels. During my December 2013 visit, Dr. Petway prescribed a low fat, low carb diet combined with exercise and a prescription appetite suppressant to tackle my steady climb towards obesity. With this new plan, she increased my visits for checkups from every 90 days to monthly. To date, I have lost over 50lbs and have reduced the dosages of the medication with one nightly pill eliminated altogether! I am so thankful and give Dr. Zandra Petway 5 stars and my highest recommendation.”
