“I've went here several times and have taken my eldest here when she was 4. Very easy scheduling nice staff for the most part. Dr. Daoud is very intelligent and personable. Straight to the point and honest. Although I understand why, I did not like how I couldn't be with my daughter while she had her teeth cleaned. Reasons no given was most children feel as though they do not have to listen to the Dr. when a parent is present. However my daughter is very well behaved and this wouldn't have been the case. One secretary; Jennifer I believe, was quite rude at times but all other staff were very friendly and considerate.”

“Highly recommend this dentist office. The receptionists at the front desk are so cheery and personable. They always made me feel very comfortable. Very patient with all my questions, courteous in explanations. I knew beforehand what was going to be done, how much it would cost and what it would entail. “I was recommended to Dr Montgomery who has used him for 30 years. She lives far away and thought that was telling. When I got to the Doctor’s office there were so many patients that had left California and would fly back to see the doctor for years. This gave me the courage to get my crowns done. I dread the needle but I didn’t felt anything! I needed several new crowns and they were all excellent. Then my front tooth became black because it had died- probably from getting hit with a sports ball over the years. Based on fear I delayed it for a while. When I did go it was painless but more importantly my implant is beautiful. I went from not liking to smile with my black front tooth to smiling non-stop. The staff is great too. “I have been going to Carlsbad coastal dental for more than 10 years and I love this place. The technology, the expertise, the customer service is always better than expected. Everything is well explained and Dr. Thylin is so honest with our family's care. We schedule our whole family together and make it a dental day. They are very accommodating and I know it's really hard to get on the schedule but that's because they are awesome and in high demand so availability is limited. The office is extremely thoughtful of its patients. We get hand written mailed cards for all occasions and most recently I scheduled a teeth whitening because we're getting married November. Just 2 days later there's a card in the mail from the entire office congratulating us. It's so meaningful and appreciated to have our dentist do that! “Dr. Burgardt is amazing! After having a horrible incident where my front tooth got knocked in half, he ended up pulling the remainder and putting in some bone grafting this way I could get an implant. He made this as less painful as he could! He constantly checked up on me during the procedure to ensure I was okay. He is by far the best doctor I have EVER been to. The staff here is amazing and so welcoming. If you are nervous of having dental work done I recommend Dr. Burgardt you won’t regret it! He will only recommend treatment that is in the best interest of his patients and explains treatment in a very thorough way. His staff are all very warm and caring as well. In the past I’ve dreaded cleanings since they tend to be a bit rough on my gums but the cleaning I received was very gentle and yet thorough at the same time.
