“Dentist offices are generally very clinical, strict, and not overly welcoming. I can't explain how far this office and staff were from that. The building is very homey and welcoming. It didn't feel like I was walking into a hospital. The staff was immediately very friendly and comforting. The receptionists and assistants made me feel like I was important and taken care of. There was no shortage of kindness and encouragement. And the doctor was very professional without being standoff-ish. He explained things and answered questions without talking down to me or treating me like I'm an idiot. I needed a tooth extraction and referral for a root canal. The extraction was done an hour and change after my initial exam, and they were so patient and caring throughout the entire procedure - which took about 15 minutes all told. As much as I hate dental work, and that hasn't changed, I can't recommend them enough for helping keep the anxiety down. Thank you to the team for all the help making this experience less traumatic than I've experienced in the past.”

Then when I made it to the short notice appointment that was made for me, the other receptionist Kayla greeted me with a smile and kindly took my information and told me to wait. I couldn't have been there longer than two minutes before my name was called and I went back to be seen.
