I did not give a 5 because I would have liked to be told what was happening at each step of the way. It makes it just a bit easier to endure the drilling when you know what to expect. I also have begun to notice a disinterest in the patient at this practice on the part of the dentists. This won't stop me from using this practice, it just is a noticeable difference from when we first started here. The personality of Dr. Costello was one of the reasons we initially chose this practice.”
