“I had to have an extraction done by Dr Brownstein and I also had a deep clean by Louis, I can’t speak highly enough of both, Dr kept me calm and played some Sinatra while doing the procedure, and was very thorough and even gave me her cell number when I left if I had any questions or issues. Louis was brilliant too, he knew I wasn’t fond of needles and also made me feel at ease and is super friendly. I HIGHLY recommend them both. The reason the four stars was given was for Felicia at the Lakewood location who I spoke to about my appointment who was exceptionally rude.”

“I have seen Dr. Cayli Balch for about 6 years now and I love her and her office staff. For the past 3 years now I drive over 3 hours to come to my doctors appointments because I love this office we have a great relationship She listens to me and my concerns When I have had 3 different surgeries over the years she worked with me about my pain medication I've never had an issue getting my medication the only bad thing I can say is sometimes the parking lot is full and u have to park somewhere else or wait for someone to leave I've never really had along wait to see the doctor normally I'm seen within 10-15 mins of arriving the longest I have had to wait was 30-45 mins and that's only happened once in a blue moon The front office women are wonderful super friendly and always try to get u checked in and out fast The only thing I hate is now starting a couple months ago they have a call center now where you can't get ahold of anyone in office and they don't speak English very well and normally you have to wait 24 hours to get a call back or answers to your questions/ problems if u have any That's the 1 and biggest problem I've had and don't like and that's only been recently”

Dr. Kringel listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions, and made me feel like a part of the the decisions that were made. He made sure I had the correct follow up care, referred me to the right doctors and told me why he recommended them. He returned my emails quickly and understood where I was coming from and why I was seeking treatment. And I never felt rushed, he spent a lot of time making sure received the treatment I needed. “I first started going to the Orange City location when my oncology team referred me here for cancer related pain. I saw Dr. Johnson and she was outright rude and needs to choose another profession. This office states their goal is to eliminate pain and give you your best life but she does not uphold to that mission statement. She flat out told me, " Be glad I'm giving you anything because imagine what kind of pain you'd be in if I gave you nothing." She then proceeded to give me an anti depressant. I left that appointment in tears. I lost all hope and was just about to accept that this was my new life and there was nothing I could do about it until a friend told me to go to the New Smyrna office and see Dr. Lee. I made an appointment and was glad I did. He was a little more compassionate and seemed to care. I am now going to the Ormond Beach location and under the care of Dr. Malik and his associate Laurie because I have a pain pump and their office is more knowledgeable about this device and managing it then the New Smyrna office otherwise I'd probably still be seeing Dr. Lee. I would highly recommend if you come to this business that you either choose the New Smyrna office or Ormond Beach office but stay away from the Orange City office if you can. Also, if you need to deal with the surgery scheduler Ebony good luck. She is not good at returning calls and never seems to be in her office when you call however the other person I have dealt with, Nicole, is amazing. Overall I am happy with my care now!”

“Easy location to get to, clean inside. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait for my appointment as it was on time. Dr Gladstone is my doctor and I find him to be very professional. You can ask him any question and he will take the time and make sure you understand the answer. On a side note, once you know Dr. Gladstone you will find him to be very personable, if he has the time and not busy he is willing to chat with you. I told him I like fishing for bass and asked if he like fishing, he said yeah but I like fishing for the big ones, like the ones you find in the ocean. Great staff and great doctors.”

“Dr Abessinio is not perfect but she cares about her patients more than any other doctor I know (she’s probably tied with my primary care provider). I’ve never had a doctor give me their cell phone and text me when I needed him or her. I wound up going with a larger clinic when I was pregnant because Dr Abessinio is in practice by herself and I wanted to go to a larger practice where there is more support/resources. However, even though she was not handling my pregnancy she came to see me when I was in labor. I had just started crying because the nurse said something not kind to me. She immediately made me feel better and encouraged me and when she had to leave I was smiling and laughing instead of crying. I see a couple of negative reviews and I think those patients caught her on a bad day. I had one experience like that, however I give her grace because she is a wonderful doctor and cares. I encourage anyone who had a negative experience to go and see her and tell her how it impacted them. Or call her if you don’t have time to stop by. I guarantee she will apologize. She is humble if nothing else.”
