“I have been to this location twice and phoned several times. Nothing but very helpful staff, friendly and professional. As to the negative reviews, my observation as to how staff are treated by customers is the likely reason. Yes, excellent customer service is critical, but that shouldn't mean staff have to tolerate abuse. I have personally observed staff being interrupted while assisting other customers, people trying to talk over front desk while a staff member is on the phone, others not wanting to wait their turn in line. Please be kind. They are very busy here. That should say something.”
