But my advice to you is when he came to your office after being on oxy. Weening himself off of that and popping tylenol(acetominophyn) killed his liver. His stomach was extended. Instead of an ultrasound send them to the emergency room. Give them information on stopping alcohol consumption to stop the pain. Don't send them home.
