“Simply the best experience I’ve ever had in a doctors office, ever. I applied to be a patient Friday evening, Saturday night completed the paperwork, and received a call Monday morning asking if I was available Tuesday at 9am for my new patient appointment. When I arrived, I sat in a small waiting room for less than 5 minutes when I was taken back to a room. A nurse took my vitals and shortly after Dr. Frank (Francis) entered the room. My God, is this guy the most genuine person I’ve ever met. I’ve never felt more comfortable talking about personal medical issues in my life. He’s quick to smile, quick to tell a joke, and very thorough in the initial visit. I’d been going to St Elizabeth my entire life, I’ll turn 32 next year, I had no idea that I was in the age range most susceptible to testicular cancer, (almost in the clear) … it had never been discussed with me. This was covered in my first visit. I could go on and on and on. Honestly for the first time in my life I felt like a patient, and I had a doctor who wasn’t looking every answer up in a database or reading off a script. I HIGHLY recommend this private practice.”
